Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, keeping them as even as possible in size.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the florets with avocado oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Arrange broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through, until edges are crispy and centers are tender.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on floret size and air fryer model.
