Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or other high-smoke-point oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and herbs.
  3. Drizzle oil over wings and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 15–17 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
