- Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes.
- Wash and peel potatoes, then cut into 1/4-inch fries.

- Place fries in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes.

- Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

- Return fries to the bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss.

- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss again.

- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

- Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.

- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
